Anybody have ideas for increased energy?
I seem to get these extreme lows, (fatigue), just trying to get healthy, I'm so tired of feeling crappy!!!
Not a big fan of cold temps, plays havoc on my bones!

I don't remember if this has been discussed before, but I have a totally subjective viwe that pm use causes me to become fatigued easily and require more rest. If ciurse it could also be that I am just old and lazy now.
