PM has no results

#1

Hi peeps,

I've been using Ainterol 4 500mg pills + Breast Spray TEN10 for 2 months, and there are no results at all (not even any pain/ itchy), there are many people claiming that they felt/ see the results in 1-2 weeks, but is there anyone who experience no results/ impact from PM too?

I've even been massaging and taking 2 cups of milk daily + mutli vits as adviced. Very lost now @.@

Sorry to hear that. There is a chance that you have a weak run of the herb. There's no guarantee on the quality of these unregulated supplements.

Are you taking Ainterol R1 from AinterolHerbs.com? They're considered pretty reliable.

You might want to try upping the dosage to 3000 mg daily, or try PM from a different supplier.

As I recall, it took about 3 months of 2000 to 3000 mg of PM per day for me to experience the tenderness and itchy sensations of budding.
I also had nothing for the first couple of months.

I can't say for sure, but I really think that adding Fenugreek that third month kick started the PM.

Recapping my experience:
weeks 1 to 4: taper up PM from 1000mg to 3000mg per day
weeks 5 to 8: 3000 mg PM per day
weeks 9 to 12: 3000 mg PM per day + taper up FG to 1800+ mg per day

Sensations started around week 10 and peaked around week 14. Since then, I've taken week long breaks about every 6 weeks. Breaks are preceded by short taper down (over a week) and followed by a short taper back up to full doses above.
while the tenderness subsides toward the end of the full week off, there's little change in the tissue/budding.
Disclaimer: I used some other breast supplements before switching to PM for about a year (on and off)... Very limited effect and no budding for sure.

Some options for you:
Up your PM dose - I think you're saying 2000 mg per day; try 6 pills per day. If you can stomach it without headaches or other side effects.
Add Fenugreek- most health food stores, or super markets with a health food section have it. Look in the women's health section as it's a common supplement for new mothers.
Reduce or eliminate your caffeine intake - same for smoking if you do that

Give it some more time before you give up! It may still be a little early for you.

Good Luck!

Hello Jesse.

I second what CK said.

Who are the people who claim results after only 1 or 2 weeks? I think the minimal time-frame to see results would be 1 month. Typically it may take several months or more for breast development to be detectable. Results may also depend on factors like your body fat percentage and how much testosterone you have to counter to get breast development going. Maybe you need to increase your pm dosage and/or add a herb like spearmint or SP to help with managing testosterone. Also, how old are you if you don't mind me asking? Age can certainly have a big influence with NBE.

If pm doesn't seem to work for you no matter what, I would suggest trying a different herb like BO. A number of people have reported success with BO. If one doesn't work for you, perhaps another will.

In recent times, there have been a lot of younger members claiming noticeable signs of growth after 1-2 weeks. I don't believe them, but anything is possible. I guess when it comes to the Internet, I'm generally skeptical of outrageous claims. Even photos can be doctored, stolen from elsewhere, or claimed to be results from some other time frame than the real one. In short, any largely-anonymous person can claim anything as far as results go. Some of the people here could be teenagers sitting in their parents' basement perpetuating a fraud to an audience eager to believe. Others might just be a bunch of wannabes pretending for the sake of stroking their own egos and living out a fantasy. Separating truth from reality is very difficult online. Even people who claim to know others in real life could just be a bunch of sock puppets.

Wrt BO, slaughterhouse waste is not an herbal at all. Meat is not herbal. Transfemme claims that if a person's thyroid is not working as well as it should, then their BO will not produce results. I don't know if thyroid plays a role in results from PM. If thyroid does play a role, that could explain why I haven't seen or felt much of anything after almost 9 months on 2000 mg of PM daily. I'm not entirely sure my thyroid medication dose is high enough, but the doctors don't listen. I'll give it another 9 months or so before I decide whether or not to give up.

(I was typing while MonikaT was posting so we have some similar sentiments. I could have simply agreed but since I took the time to composed it, I'll leave it)

When I first started frequenting this forum in Feb ’13, newbies where consistently told NOT to expect results in less than 2-3 months unless you were exceptionally sensitive to the herbs. By mid-summer, when you joined, I recall a flush of people claiming results in, I’m not exaggerating, a matter of days on PM. It got old reminding them that genetic, teenage girls with fully functional FEMALE endocrine systems take YEARS to fully develop breasts. Furthermore, who am I to dispute the claims of others? So, I for one, just kept quiet despite my skepticism. Apparently most of those folks have finished growing amazing breasts and have no need to come around here anymore. (sorry, …just a little residual sarcasm coming to the surface)

You’re attitude is different. You stated honestly that you’re stalled out and frustrated, looking for suggestions. All of the above are good ideas in my opinion. You’ll have to experiment with them to see if any of them work for you. I’ve always used saw palmetto and added spearmint a couple months ago to combat my male hormones. Still, I’ve never had strong breast growth sensations as some do and my breast growth is minimal at best after 9-10 months on NBE. They did get a little fatter during my second month but no one besides my wife and I can tell. I can understand why you’re discouraged but I wouldn’t give up without trying some of these suggestions.

Another thing that hasn’t been mentioned is suction. Check out this thread for a cheaper homemade version: http://www.breastnexus.com/showthread.php?tid=16326

Noticeable SIGNS OF GROWTH in 1-2 weeks? What does that mean?

The OP, Jesse, wrote that he was using Ainterol 4 x 500mg pills + Breast Spray TEN10 for 2 *months*, and there were no results at all (not even any pain/ itching).

Isn't that unusual? I've been keeping a log of my experience since starting NBE, and the first entry that mentions any noticeable effect from PM was on day 12 (nipples getting tender, hard and pointy). That happened while ramping from 500 to 1500 mg/day. At 10 weeks I had noticeable growth (see my progress with pictures thread)

I just commented on another thread about how I was unaware of the wide range of responses people get from taking PM. I assumed that most everyone responded well to PM. I guess not.

Noticeable signs: People claiming they are now an A cup after only 2 weeks on PM. Sorry to be blunt, but I call bullshit. It is either wishful thinking and self-delusion, or it is some form of self-hypnosis. I remember reading years ago in Playboy that women can allegedly increase their bust size by thinking about having larger breasts; there was even a study to back it up.

As Doodlebug has pointed out, it takes natal females 5 years or more to grow breasts, and they have almost no T flowing through their veins. Furthermore, they have real E, not some combination of weak E mimics causing growth. My nipples first itched for a few days after probably 4 or 5 months on 1000 mg of Ainterol R1 twice a day. I did slip in a month of 1000 mg 3 times a day, but it didn't seem to do much more than deplete my supply faster. The itching lasted a few days.

I also use FG 1220 mg 3 times a day. FG will make the breasts swell a bit, but it goes away once the FG is stopped. I added Swanson full-spectrum spearmint 4 times a day about 3 months ago, and had some aches that seemed consistent with growth since it hurt to touch my breasts, and it hurt to lift my arms, etc. I got the aches in one breast, then a couple weeks later in the other breast. Those aches are gone for the moment and lasted a few days in each breast. I have since added back SP extract 640 mg per day, SN, and Pygeum. I also just added Chinese Skullcap 3 times a day, but it has only been 3 days so I have no idea what effect that is having. I take 3 capsules of hops at bedtime, largely to assist with sleep, but it also makes me groggy and foggy for hours after I awake.

With all of this, I've had no lump behind the nipple in either breast. Maybe I had that lump years ago and didn't know since I've had moobs since I was 8, and I'm almost 50.

So, is it "unusual" to get no itching or anything after 2 months on PM? I think a careful read of this forum will reveal that it is quite common to get nothing even after 6 months. Some even say that if nothing appears to be happening, something is still probably happening. Some never feel any aches or itching, but they still get growth, but not in 2 months. Some take a year or more before there is anything visible or measurable with a tape measure.

Who's to say what is normal? Every body has a different chemical make-up, and each body responds differently. Did it ever occur to anyone that all these fast growers are just messing with the rest of us to discourage men from attempting NBE? It is certainly a possibility.

First of all, thank you all so much for sharing your thoughts and advice. Have to say the community here is so helpful and I've learnt so much from all of you.

To certain extend, I do believe in NBE - I was on Promensil RC 2500mg + FG 3660mg for 1.5 years, and I really did feel some pain from time to time. But when I measure, no growth at all (not even 1 cm).

That's the reason why I shifted to Ainterol since there are so many people claiming that PM is the strongest and Ainterol is the most trusted brand. Funny thing is, I'm already with Ainterol for 2 months and there is not even a slight pain. I do have coffee about once or twice a week, but I do not smoke or drink. I started with 500mg pills only, and eventually went to 2000mg Ainterol paired with the breast spray. I thought I am definately getting some "pain" or at least some "itch" at this dosage, but it literally do nothing. Maybe I should add in some FG, and maybe I should up my PM to 3000mg. But again, if it's only kicks in at PM 3000mg+3660mg of FG, then I can't imagine how high the dose I will need to go to when I stall in few months time. Meaning NBE does not work at all - at least for me.

I don't believe that we will need years to see results. 3-5 years are referring to a full development of mammary glands, as in to B cup or even C cup. What I think we will have in the first 1-2 months will be at least some pain/ itching, and eventually grow to at least A cup in 1-2 years time. Pain/ itching should come in between 2-4 weeks, and I've given 2 months for PM (at a high dose of 2000mg). Further, I do not experience any sign of ED (headache etc), so it's definately not stalling.

Oh well, it seems that many people do not have good experience with NBE too. Just trying to figure out is it only me or what.

It took a long time for PM to kick in for me. I had been on spironolactone and massive doses of beta-blockers (doctor prescribed) and when I got signs of growth I had started NBE with RC, FG and SP, and got some quite substatial budding. I then discovered this site, managed to get off the spiro and beta-blockers, and substituted PM in increasing doses for the RC. My first batch of PM was from Biovea, and after three months noting much seem to have happened, not even growth pains. I then took a three month break in anticipation of surgery, and started butea superba and other things trying unsuccessfully to restore male function. I then restarted PM, finishing off the Biovea and starting Ainterol, which eventually got things going again, although progress has always been slow (but real Smile). I can't imagine that my age helps.

So I don't think you should get totally discouraged yet.
