So I have seen growth on my areolas but not in my nipples what could I do? Although I am trying to kill to birds with one stone here breast growth and another project of mine is proving male lactation which I can say I am up to a drop a day on each nipple so it.can be done now whether or not I can get full production we shall see....

Have you considered Supple Nipps? These are suction cups made primarily for women who have "innie" nipples who want to breastfeed, but they work great for men. I started with the #2 regular size, (not the 2L, which is half an inch in diameter. I just barely fill it, although when I first got them I filled only half of its length. After that you can graduate to the 2L for longer nipples, or if you want a wider diameter move on to the 3 or 4.
