Other physical changes from PM?

#1

As I contemplate starting on PM, I was hoping for some details as to what other physical changes are possible besides breast growth. I've seen mentions of smoother skin, less body hair, etc, but any details would be appreciated. What physical change besides breast growth has surprised you the most? Do you view all the changes as positive? I'm mostly seeking practical details like have you stopped fitting into your pants? Does PM really cause that much fat redistribution?

I just want to know as much as possible before giving this a shot. I'm not even sure I'm asking the right questions.

You really need to be more adventurous and jump into it to see what happens! more exciting that way! lol. Everyone reacts differently to all these regiments here....

If all those things happened to you on PM would you be disappointed? I wouldn't. On the contrary, I will be disappointed if I don't see physical changes other than breast growth, and I'm not holding my breath.

Oh, yeah. My wife pointed out that my finger nails are longer than she's ever seen them. Am I purposely growing them? No! I've tried to before but never succeeded. I've been a perpetual nail biter all my life. But, since PM, that behavior has been altered somehow; maybe because I'm not as anxious as I once was? Huh

Well if you mean how much of your ass hangs over the chair,(me),... yeah!....than I'd say that's some fat redistirbo, lol

Or if you notice that your boobs come to rest on the dinner table while your eating, (me again), than I'd say wtf, that's not fair! Wink

Everybody is different in their results.

Now, now, let's be nice, Lotus. This is serious stuff to us newbies.

All kidding aside, frontier, you won't know till you try it yourself. Like the song says:

"Now some they do and some they don't and some you just can't tell
And some they will and some they won't, with some it's just as well"

One physical change that snuck up on me was fat redistribution to my hips/thighs. I never planned on it, it simply happened. I'm okay with it. I see it as just another part of NBE. It does have the benefit of making women's clothes fit me better. Smile Now if it only it wasn't so hard to shop for the right size...Dodgy

A change I don't like is the decrease in physical stamina/endurance. It makes me feel old and lazy.

Like so many things with NBE, it depends on whether you may experience similar fat redistribution and to what extent. If you wear fairly tight jeans now, you could very well have difficulty fitting into them later on. If on the other hand, you wear baggy jeans, they may simply become a little less baggy for you. How do you feel about wearing women's jeans? I'm not talking about ones with flowers or sparkles, just regular jeans designed for a more feminine build.

I'm not sure if asking technical questions is the best approach to seeing if NBE is right for you. I think perhaps the most important question to contemplate is how do you feel about feminizing your body and mind? Does it make you cringe or want to run for the hills? Or does it bring about a sense of peace and completeness?

I have always wanted to feminize my body and mind, but that seemed like such a crazy, impossible thought, that I suppressed the urge for many years. Lately it's become harder to ignore and PM has given me hope for some sort of middle ground - feel like a woman, but still look enough like a man that I don't have to overhaul my entire life just to quiet my subconscious desires.

It sounds like I shouldn't take PM unless I'm prepared for the unlikely, but possible growth of unconcealable breasts. The middle ground I seek may not exist.

I wouldn't mind at all, actually sounds fun, and people are less likely to notice that than obvious boobage Smile

Frontier,
I find it increasingly difficult to be more feminine, yet continue to present convincingly like a man on a daily basis. Having breasts will be the main give away, but it's interesting how allowing your inner woman to express herself a little makes her demand more and more room to blossom. That can happen even without other physical changes to your body.

It really depends on how strong your female gender identity is. Taking PM seems to affect the mind in unpredictable ways, too. It seems to activate a part of your brain that has lain dormant and unnoticed for years.

I find myself watching girls a lot more. Not just in a sexual way, but noticing how they talk and move, how they dress and adorn themselves. I find myself doing little things differently now, driven by my subconscious desire to be more like them. That's the scariest thing for me. That is, seeing myself being taken over slowly by this other me who has been given license to lay claim to my soul.

So even if you do all you can to preserve the image of yourself as a man to the world, you will begin to let go of it little by little, consciously and subconsciously. It's inevitable because that's who you are. It's just a matter of degree. The question many of us ask ourselves is: Am I transsexual? It's very hard to know how far the transitioning process will take you until you take the first step.

Now if that's not scary....
