I want to order some for use with my PM. I saw Swansons online for super cheap. What do you all recommend?
Thanks!

I always used Swanson's for capsules, and "Plantation Mint" that you can get at the grocery store for tea.
I prefer the capsules but I tended to run out pretty often since I was taking around 2500-3000mgs/day lol..so the tea for a backup plan.

I just buy Bulk Cut & Dry Leafs and use them for a tea, It only costs me about $2 per bag.

I also buy the spearmint from the Swanson site. Each bottle of capsules lasts 1 month for me which I think is pretty reasonable as they are fairly small bottles to begin with.

I grow it. It's not hard to do as it's a very easy plant. In my experience, herbals are always way more potent right off the plant.

How cool, Epicene. I love gardening. I found this link to growing spearmint indoors. I think I'll try it.

Definitely give it a try. I have yet to use it for NBE purposes, but it's one of the more prolific plants in my garden. I think it grows well outside in zones 4-11, so you may want to try it outside too. Blend, eat the leaves raw, or juice for potency. Otherwise, it goes well on tons of foods.
I love gardening too. I'll probably expand my garden for NBE herbs whenever I get started. If only I could get a live PM root.
