Hello all,

I have been reading post on here for a few months and finally got the courage to post on here. I am very shy about this thought but I also really want to transform my body more into my ideal female form.
About me: 22, about 5'8 170lbs.
I am hoping to find a regiment that can help me achieve a D or larger bust.

If anyone could help, that would be amazing, thank you so much.

Shy,
Good morning, and welcome! You'll find loads of info and help here. No one, however, can offer specific help on a subject unless you ask specific questions. Looking at your profile info, I see it says you have spent a little over 5 minutes here. I'm glad you found the site, and hope you receive the help you desire, but, I suggest you determine what you're looking for a little more specifically, by searching for things that you may think apply or appeal to your situation and interests. The search function will open up a lot to you, and you will come into the conversation better armed to ask the questions you need answered, without those questions being asked for the 100th time. Again, HI and best of luck! Patti

Welcome, Shy. Don't be. We all try to be friendly and helpful here.

You wrote that you've been reading the posts here for a few months. That's good. It's the best way to get up to speed on NBE for males. This site may be the one best source of information for that purpose.

Tell us a little more about yourself, or, better yet, fill in your profile so we have a better understanding of your wanting to achieve D-cup breasts. That's a very aggressive goal, even for a young guy, and a very serious journey to embark upon.

I look forward to your future posts. Smile

I know it was a general post, what I am mainly looking for is a regiment and products I can use to help grow tits.
For a few years now I have been thinking more and more about how I want to grow them but I have been so scared too.
I want to feel the weight on my chest and the feeling of myBlush own.

If anyone could help with a regiment and what products I can use, I would much appreciate it. Thank you.

I'll chime in here with what I think is a good starting program.

The wisest of the wise recommend starting out with Pueraria Mirifica (PM). Nothing else is needed at the beginning. Keep it simple.

The first week take just one 500 mg capsule each day with a glass of milk or another source of calcium. Increase the dosage to 2 capsules the second week, 3 the third week, and 4 the fourth. The idea is to allow your body to adjust to the PM gradually. Taking too much, too soon, can cause stomach upset, headaches, and/or back pains. Back off the dose if things don't feel right.

So by the end of the 1st month on PM, you should be taking as much as 2000 mg/day. It's best to spread out taking the capsules (e.g., breakfast, lunch, dinner, bedtime).

If you don't sense any sensitivity in your nipples at the end of two months, I would increase the dosage to 2500 or 3000 mg/day. Don't get impatient for results. It may take several months to realize any noticeable growth.

The first thing you should notice is some fat buildup in the breast area. Your breasts will likely hurt when squeezed or bumped. Some swelling may accompany this soreness. Eventually, small buds will form under the nipples. They start out the size of acorns and grow larger as your program continues. These buds are permanent breast tissue that will be with you for life. This is a good time to ask yourself, "Is this what I really want?"

If at some point after this you change your mind about having breasts, stopping PM WILL NOT make them disappear. If the embarrassment of having boobs is more than you can handle, you'll have to have them surgically removed. Here's a video of what's involved in removing small amounts of breast tissue typical of some men:

I hope this helps you get started. Good luck, Shy, and keep in touch.

Hello Shy.

Welcome to the forum. Smile

I think CK offers some good advice on what kind of regime you could start out with.

Before starting out though, I think it's important to first decide if you really want to go through with this. You mentioned you've been contemplating this idea for several years but have been afraid to put it into motion. What is it that you're afraid of?

There are some other crucial matters to consider. First, are you single or do you have a significant other? Second, do you want to have your own kids someday? Third, how would you describe your gender identity? Fourth, how do you think you feel when others start to notice and comment your breast development?

I don't know your sexuality, but a lot of members who have girlfriends or wives have reported a very mixed reaction from their significant other in regards to NBE. Some women are adamantly opposed, some are supportive and some become more tolerant about their partners pursuing NBE once they see the improvement in their partner's mood and behavior.

NBE can alter you body a lot more than simply growing breasts. Pursuing NBE may make you infertile and/or hamper your ability to attain and maintain erections. Unless you're certain you don't ever want to have kids, I suggest putting NBE on hold for at least the time being. Also, I suggest you think about whether a loss of male functionality would be a problem with your current or future relationships.

You said you want to transform your body into your ideal female form. Do you plan on eventually transition to living female full-time? Or is growing breasts as far as you want to go?

When you say you feel shy about pursuing NBE, I presume this means you would be uncomfortable about others noticing your breast development. Let's say you do pursue NBE for a while and you achieve some decent development. Imagine how you would feel when you go to the doctor for an exam or something and he/she asks you to lift up your shirt. Would you hesitate? Would you feel ashamed? What would you say when your doctor asks questions about your breasts and whether you would want to pursue treatment to reduce or eliminate them? Would you have the confidence to say you're not bothered with having breasts?

On a final note, unless you have a lot of busty female relatives or just happen to hit the NBE lottery, you're probably not going to get D-cup breasts. A lot of genetic females never attain D-cup breasts, and their bodies are geared towards achieving breast development in their teen years! I suggest looking through the bio-male picture threads to get an idea of what kind of development you can expect to achieve.

You are of similar height and weight to me .
Just 40 yrs younger Wink
Option here is how far you wish to go !
Are you aware your reproductive system will get effected ?
Due to tour age this is a major question as once you are down the road you won't be able to reverse .
Are you looking for full transition ?
Have discussed this with anyone ?
I know these are loads of question but important ones .
I am learning and contemplating thoughts put out here by other's posting. And I am in sunset days of my life !!

Thanks all for your thoughts,
Here are a few of the answers as I'm at work.

I'm dating a female, but I am bisexual. I have more and more thoughs of living as a female and wanting to achieve that.
I don't care about not having kids, I'm good with adoption.

From the only female in my life (mom) she is larger chested, I guess that helps me.

Once I feel them growing on me I won't care who looks or who says anything against me. I know I will love the feeling of having them.

I assume your partner is aware and supportive .
In your shoes I would use herbal route so you can stop at any point .
Wishing you happy growth .
