Fascinating, Captain! Conventional board wisdom has always stated that adding other phytoestrogens to a PM regimen would be detrimental to growth, based on the reasoning that there are only so many estrogen receptors and the introduction of non-PM phytos would only create competition at the receptors between the (strong) PM and the (weaker) other phytos, causing a diminished effectiveness on the part of the PM, since it was no longer monopolizing what receptors were available. Too many piglets fighting over not enough teats. Correct?
But this, if I read it correctly, indicates an entirely new possible reason for avoiding other phytos, specifically Soy. But this begs the question... "How do we know if our PM product contains Soy?"
Of course, (LOL) for that matter, how do we know how much active PM is actually in each capsule, when these products come to us from an unregulated industry (source) and, essentially, we have nothing but the word of the maker to go on that what we swallow is indeed PM, unadulterated, pure, and of a high quality, drawn from a properly grown and harvested plant.
I don't know about you, Lotus, but I have never trusted any business to do what is right without any oversight or regulation.
Now I have to worry as well about whether my PM is spiked with Soy. Sheesh.
Good thing I have a fresh bottle of Highland single malt.
Thanks, as always, for your diligence! You are a treasure!
