The stuff you read, really is right, 30 minutes a day for 5 days a week (your body needs to rest and grow boobs!) of walking, jogging, running, treadmill, road, playing dodge-a-car (not recommended for the slow or faint of heart!
)will work. Like growing our breasts, it takes time and perseverance, be patient, but get out and do something! Someone once asked me why I run for an hour, my answer was 30 minutes for my body and 30 minutes for my soul! I've been doing it for a long, long time, and that along with great genes has kept healthy, and it can you, too!
