Good question I use capsules and cream at the moment but have considered using spray on my breasts, does anyone else use the spray and is it more effective than the cream.

Does the spray have any of the side effects the pills have? I mean, if you just use the spray, does it make Mr. Sticky go limp, like the pills do?

From what I have read the spray is good at dilivering as it is massaged and absorbed by the skin , while the fill has to go through digestive system and smaller amount is delivered into your system.

Okay, but, does that mean that Sir Richard Longfellow is going to...ahem...peter out after a few months, as will happen with the pill version?

Wasn't worrying about that, I was just wondering if the topical version would have that same effect as the pills. Would be nice, though, if the spray would just grow tits and do nothing else.

Hi,

I am currently using a combination of pills + cream + spray.

Although I personally think that spray will works better (since it's not digested), I will still advice to use a combination.

FYI this is what I'm using:
4 x 500mg Ainterol pills
1 x Ten Ainterol spray (night only)
1 x Puella (Japanese) cream (night only)

I have found the PM spray from PM-UK to be most effective and would definately recommend it. it seems much quicker than the capsules to me.
