Honey, wearing a bra won't hurt anything. Don't fret. How long since you ran out of PM? If it hasn't been very long then you are probably still growing a little. That would explain the soreness. And because they are sensitive the rubbing of the material in the bra has made them tender. Just take it off and tomorrow you will be fine, okay?
