You're persistent!, IMO, having less receptors would mean they'll park it somewhere else!, there's plenty of other tissues to be as effective.
More background would be helpful!

Since we're talking about the receptor sites, I can only describe doing this first massage quite by accident, but when I pressed gently on (a and b) it triggered a response that's hard to describe other than a release of E. I can't find any other mention of this specific targeting of receptor massage yet!. Really exciting though!

Good times, though I do really, really, really hate the griminess of going without a shower for days on end. I don't know how couples can share a tent let alone get close to each other inside of it... LOL
Sammie, My record for going without a shower, bath, douche, ANYFUCKINGTHING, is 37 days during the 'stan invasion! Next is 21 days at a fob, we had enough water for one person to shower every day and there were 21 of us! STANKY!!!

Another great find, Mistress! You KNOW the GBB is going to incorporate those massages to see the effect!

I feel so stupid even posting this, but I am left in the dust.
I so want to get this right.
Decrease conversion to DHT, a given, but not with SP as it reduces estrogen.
Control free testosterone, with Spearmint tea?
Sooooo...Bye to SP?, hello to Spearmint Tea? or eliminate both and replace with Reishi?
Please excuse my need to simplify. It just all seems so much....
Got to lower T, got to stop DHT, got to aromatase free T. UGH!
So hard to let go of SP. What I thought I knew....now don't.
Someone save me!

Sorry for the confusion ZOE,
If you've spent money on SP and Spearmint use them, your time on those will not be wasted, in the long run making the switch to peony, Reishi, will be of benefit. Remember this process takes a few years or more! It's not a race my dear, so deep breath! Your gonna do great!

Thank you M. Lotus, I had a moment....
Not a race, but I have been in the game for a couple of years. I guess I just got a little carried away as I re-read your thread.
I will take your advise and await more insights and understandings.
Thanks again -
