"MY LIPS ARE SEALED": A DISCREET LIP DEVELOPER
Lip exercises are great, but provoke merriment when done in public.
Considering that commuting, standing in line, etc is a wonderful time for developing your lips, here is a more discreet exercise that develops your lips, chin, and lower cheeks. It also seems to improve lip color and helps smooth out the laugh lines.
The exercise is simplicity itself. Imagine that you are trying to seal your lips really, really tight. Press your upper lips down upon the lower lip, while the lower lip is trying to push up. Another way of saying this is: purse your lips together as tightly as possible. Your mouth should look very small, but the lips aren’t pulled in, as in the more extreme Mona Lisa smile.
If you feel a lot of tension in the laugh-line/lower-cheek region, you are doing it right. Press your lips together as hard as you can several times. Pretty exhausting, eh?
For a more friendly look, or just for variety, pucker up rather than purse your lips.
Basically, if these exercises sound complicated to you, just keep puckering up. Surprisingly effective.
Don’t let young women have monopoly on full, sensual, luscious lips! Just as one can develop muscles at any age by lifting weights, so too anyone can develop fuller lips (with a little assist from nhrt to prevent skin and lip atrophy; otherwise you can kiss your lips goodbye).

This is one issue I've always had a problem with.
I don't like BIG LIPS.. I think women with thin lips are far more attractive.
I personally have big lips and I've always hated them. People have always given me a hard time about them.
I've tried to wish them away and it didn't work. I simply hate big lips.
The big lip thing is crapola that's been promoted by Hollywood, TV and the La-de-da self important actresses that think they are sooooo much the Silver Screen Godesses (that they aren't)...
I've seen so many TS girls on the TV show "KinK" go to extreme measures to have BIG GIANT LIPS that are just obscenely huge and horribly ugly. And it's not just them, it's women in general that fall into this trap, they think the world dictates to them how they must appear. Hogwash! Case in point, Pamela Anderson. She USED to be cute and wholesome looking.
Now she looks like a HOOKER that should be trolling for customers in some dark, slimy alley.

Sadly, so many people have this false, implanted image in their minds of how a woman should look, like a Barbie with GIANT FISH LIPS, a tiny little waist, a big "ghetto booty" and monsterous, 55 gallon 75ZZZZZZ tits.
Sorry, I just had to get that off my chest, it just bugs me so much. No offense meant to anyone here..

That's Ok Davilee! I just want to say They weren't attacking Stef. They were Just expressing an oppinion! They meant no harm!
As for my self I was interested in what Stef had to say. I like fuller lips, not the Angela Jolie kind, But some with a nice shape to them and a little fullness.
My Lips are a little fuller,more feminine looking . I've had them all my life. They're a feature on me that I don't mind trying to improve on. That's what we should be trying to improve on, Features that we have, not the ones we wish we had.
I just want you to keep this in mind, not everybody will agree on everything and not everybody wiil like the same things.
A disagreement is not an attack!

I don't like fish lips. I like thin lips. But that's MY personal preference.
One thing that has always bothered me is that I have fat lips.
When I was a kid in school everyone gave me a hard time about them.
In reality, my lips are more like what a NORMAL woman would have.
But this thing about injections and inflating them like an ATV tire? No way.
I think that's repulsive.
I DO NOT LIKE BIG LIPS ON ME OR ANYONE ELSE.

on average, women have fuller lips than men. i have read somewhere that one of the side effects of estrogen is exactly this. the article went on to say that men that take estrogen, will develop fuller lips too. i happen to think that it is a matter of genetics. also, it is a know fact that men have a longer distance from the bottom of the nose to the lip itself than women. it is a common procedure in ffs to decrease this length with a lip lift. just put "ffs upper lip lift" into any search engine.
