Hello All! well it has been a little over 2 months since i started my NBE journey.started in late january with FG,hops.switched to PM in febuary,started on one bottle of solgar before switching to ainetirol which i have been using for the last 4 weeks along with SP.my diet is balanced.i have zero caffine intake,i didn't take in vaccine even before starting NBE.so far i have zero changes to report,Nothing visible.my mood is a lot better on the PM.which i love! but as far as visible changes.there are none.I know it takes time and patience.but i thought i would see something by now. OH well I will keep on trucking along.i have anothet bottle of ainterol i will be starting soon.hopefullyI will see results with it. Diva Chick 32...

I switched to ainetirol about a week ago. Prior to that I've been taking RC, FG and SP for about four months. The only change I've noticed so far is some fat redistribution. I'm hoping to see more change after being on PM for 3-6 months.

What is your daily dose of PM?

I have been taking the Ainterol PM for more than 6 months but no result so far. I also use atomizer extreme 20 Spray, and cream. I think I have just wasted my time and money on this brand. I also heard that PM doesn't work for everybody. I just think it is not for me. I wish you ladies good luck with this brand. I hope you get the desired result which I did not get. I am planning to switch to BO.

You don't say what dosage. If you only took 2 x 500g /day then nothing would have happened most likely.

Nothing happened for me until 6 x 500g /day.

I've been on it 6 months and am nearly an A cup.

Although it is true that PM doesn't work for everyone, I think the real problem is using just the spray and cream. You need to take the capsules and get it into your digestive system... the liver converts the phyto-hormone content of the PM to a much more potent hormone form which probably will work. Its also much easier to control the dose by taking fixed content capsules, than guessing how much spray and cream you use each time, plus the caps are cheaper!

I took about 1200mg/day of Ainterol PM for the month of February and my nipples went from sensitive to downright tender. I then stopped taking it and my nipples today are still a little tender.

The best part of taking the Ainterol PM is my brain snapped back to what could be called for lack of a better word, normal. My compulsions to xdress or grow breasts went out the window. Which was great because I was buying too much stuff, mostly intimate apparel. Controlling these out of control compulsions was worth the price of the product. I now have the empty capsules needed to place the powder in so I will start again soon. While the out of control compulsions are gone the desire still exists and I am looking forward to further breast development.

I`ve seen reference to this for phyto-estrogens in general - according to some websites, the body can`t use phyto-estrogens in the form they are in the plant, they are converted during digestion ( or somehow ) into some other form that the body can use.

I don`t know if it applies to all types of phyto-estrogens or just some.

Wow - you're lucky! I need 6g/day to make my mind "normal". Trouble is, the thing that makes me able to cope without obsessing about growing breasts makes them grow like crazy!

Just wanted to clarify that i do take the capsules.I have the R1 500mg bottles.I do not use cream or spray.I am going to try and ramp up this week to see if i can even feel anything.this will be my fifth week. wish me luck

I'm not using the cream or spray either. I'm also hoping to see if I can feel something to know the PM is working in the next few weeks or so.
