questions? questions?

#1

hello all,

it's been a while since i've posted and i'm truly sorry for the recent lack of communication.
i was taking a combination of PM, FG, and SP from mid-december 2011 until the end of february 2012. i stopped my program for one month, and then 2 weeks ago restarted it minus the SP.
i decided that after a week to quit again, due to the rapid rate at which my testicles shrank and erections became nearly impossible.
although i have been off of my program for a week now, it actually seems like the hormones are still working their magic. yesterday the growth lumps under my nipples were very sore (although today they seem to feel better).
is this normal? does anyone have any advice as to what is going on?

Hi Tara,

It has often been reported that there is a growth spurt after stopping NBE intake.
My personal suspicion is that that this possibly indicates that the dosage had been too high and that as the phyto-hormone level drops it passes through the optimum level range within the body, and creates a spurt of pains/growth sensations. Of course this is a time limited effect because then the levels drop even further and become insufficient to do anything.

On a separate note, fluctuations in the pain/soreness of the buds is also fairly common, anyway.

Over the couple of years I have done NBE, I have had occasion to stop taking everything a few times. Every time I do that, I find that I get sensations and often some growth within days of stopping taking herbs. I'm not sure it indicates anything about dosages, since it happens to me no matter what dosage I was on when I stopped. Of course, everyone is different and reacts differently. But this effect has been reported by a number of people, so there is likely some common effect from the herb withdrawal. As Pansy-mae said, the effect is brief and gone within a week or so.

Personally speaking I think we all forget that the body makes hormones by itself. We should for example remember that PM is a very powerful Estradiol mimic and Estradiol potently suppresses tge body's production of other hormones such as testosterone but also e.g. progesterone. Adult males produce more progesterone normally than a pubescent girl. I suspect that one of the the things that happens when you stop suddenly is you get a surge of progesterone along with testosterone. T blocks estroge n receptors but doesnt block progesterone receptors so maybe your getting a short burst of duct growth after all the estrogen induced gland growth.

Welcome back Tara.

I have the growth lump and soreness only on my left side and not on my right. I am doing around 3g a day in either 3 or 4 servings. I also have found that my body tends to dry out more quickly and I consume a lot more water even waking up at night to replenish. I have not had so much of an issue with my libido or size. It seems to be still strong.

As has been said by the stalwarts, lots of patience and caring needed!

Lots of luv,

well thank you to everyone for the very detailed and nice responses!
i have not been taking any herbs now for a few weeks, but i'm already getting the urge again to start up.
does anyone have an opinion on the effects of JUST taking fenugreek?
i feel as though this will be beneficial if i do start taking PM again due to the preparedness of my body to receive it.
any and all opinions are welcome on the subject.

i don't come here very often, but when i do i love to see how everyone is making progress!
please don't let my name dissuade you, i'm more mature than my name would appear to be these days.
anyway i've been doing NBE for about 8 months now and i've achieved an A cup thus far with the help of PM, FG, and progesterone cream. i also use a noogleberry breast enhancement pump almost every day, AND IT TOTALLY WORKS OMG!
i hope that everyone is doing well Smile

I have been taking herbs mostly FG, SP, and a few others and I have major soreness in my lymph glands in the last few days. I have been working on this for almost 6 months. Massage helps a lot but I was wondering if anyone else felt soreness in the underarm lymph glands.

I am reducing my intake to let things calm down before going to my doctor.

Thanks everyone.

Soreness in the Lymph glands for me anyway was a sign of things getting ready to start growing.

Thank you so much for that incite. I have been feeling so positive. It happened quickly and I can feel so much happening. I have ordered PM it should be here soon.

Advice I have gotten from friends was drink lots of water. That has helped with the FG smell.
