Hello All!
thought i would share a couple pics from my competitive bodybuilding days. in these pics i was sitting about 235 pounds 5'11". quite different from now

Just a bit....

I tried pumping iron for about a year myself, oddly I never developed much (if anything) in the way of male muscle structure....

I did get physically stronger, just not in any visible way.
