Hello All. I have a question for the members that have real growth. in my previous post(flowers budding this spring) I had mentioned about having very sore tender nipples especially when i pressed on them.but now the soreness tenderness when i press is gone. But i can only press my left nipple back a little bit, they are very firm, but i do not feel any mass or lump behind the nipple, unless im just not feeling it. it kinda sucks,to think your finally getting there and then the pain tenderness is gone.they have not shrank any.my nips are very pointy through thin t-shirts still.they bounce when i walk.the only thing that has changed is the tenderness upon pressing. any one else ever had this? I want to add that im not saying that the Pm is not working. because believe me,I can tell quite a bit from a month ago
I just though it was weird that the strong tenderness was reduced quite a bit.

I think the tenderness is most apparent during growth phases; you may simply be going through a non-growth period. You may find that a few days on a lower / zero dose will kick it off. If not maybe you need to increase it a bit. Finding the optimum dose is very hit and miss.

Yeah, mine aren't nearly as tender as they were at first either.
Then again they don't seem to be growing anymore , so maybe bryony is right lol
I've gone cold turkey for 3 days, bumped it up to 2500, back down to 500, up to 1500,all to no avail.
At this point I'm pretty much just taking it for the mental benefits, and the damn things can do whatever they like. No one sees them but this board anyways, and its just not as important to me as it was before taking PM.
So basically who the hell knows...It may just be my stress levels since my father died last month, and I couldn't find much of a desire to eat for awhile there.
If they keep acting like this for more than a few months, I may just summon up the courage to go see a doctor and start HRT. At least then it wouldn't be so much guesswork. I guess I do care about growing boobs damn it! lmao
Good luck Diva, sorry I couldn't be of more help. If I had to guess I'd say we've built up a tolerance to the specific phytoestrogen in PM, not that I know how to combat it. Normally you'd just take more, but our bodies would just shut down hormone production if the levels got too high, so....
Just a thought....my growth stalled around the time I had no choice but to switch from the original cheap ainterol PM to R1.
I can't say for sure, but it seems that's about the time growing pains stopped. Sucks....

My last shipment of ainterol almost 3 months ago was of the R1 type. based on usage, I would say it is improved. Maybe not a lot, but, then again, as a male, I will admit to not being the original "target audience." The price increase was a non-issue as far as I was concerned, but as it is just 1 of 2 items that I take, I can absorb that cost more easily than someone taking a wider variety of things.

The nipple tenderness for me sort of went away after more than a year of growth. They aren't tender like they were when I was first growing. My nipples also didn't enlarge anywhere near as much as some folks's did. I am happy with that. I prefer smaller nipples on women too. Anyway, the firmness behind the nipple also became less firm as time went on, probably a similar timeframe although I really didn't track that. Today I would describe them as more sensitive than they used to be but not tender as such. If you are trying for large nipples then maybe you should look into some of the suggestions in forum history for folks who sought that end. If not, I wouldn't get too concerned. someone with actual medical training can likely be more descriptive and accurate about what is going on inside the breast, but my thought is that the softening behind the nipple is a result of the mass of flesh expanding and spreading, gaining a fat component, that sort of thing. Could you imagine if women's breasts stayed as hard as the lump as they got larger? I think it is a sign that your growth is moving to the next stage past budding. You're out of the gate and onto the track. Pace yourself or you will not be happy with your finish. I have to say that I am coming up on my 3 year anniversary of starting in a few months and mine are still changing shape and becoming rounder along the side and bottom. My projection is still increasing although the change is very slow and my overall size isn't really changing. I fit my bras better than I did despite the measuring tape saying I have no change. I did increase from the 500mg/day I was on for quite a while to 2g/day a few weeks ago. I'm not sure why. Sometimes my brain doesn't consult me before ordering changes. Spring must be in the air.

Hmm. Just reflecting, I am actually coming up on 4 years of NBE. The first year was not on PM. It was FG, Fennel, SP, wild yam cream etc.

I'm not sure about other countries, but I'm pretty sure in the states you have to find a specialist for a consultation, and if that goes well, you get referred to an endocrinologist, who looks at the hormone levels from your bloodwork and suggests a regiment best suited to you back to your specialist, who then writes the prescriptions.
At least from what I've read.
I was really just venting a bit though. I'm fine today lol
