Yes, I've worn breast forms prior to starting NBE. I haven't since starting with NBE as I don't want to get into the habit of comparing my progress with the size of my forms. I worry doing that would really discourage me.

I used forms in two different sizes for several years prior to doing nbe. Haven't touched them or wanted to since having some success with nbe.

I used water balloons. Finally got rid of them a few months ago lol.

I don't really have the desire to dress anymore, but even if I did I don't think I'd need them. Just wearing a bra makes them stand out lol

Small but real is much more satisfying than big and synthetic
