Has anyone else had any problems with accessing this site over the last day or so?

My internet connection has been working fine, but whenever I tried to go to this site I either got an error message or I got directed to an advertising page.

same here, was getting first a domain registrar page, then a cheesy porn search page.

Strange, I've been popping in and out of here 3-4 times daily, and had absolutely no problems accessing. I did notice when I got on now, though, that some posts that are here now were not there a few hours ago, and according to the time stamp, they should have been. By the way, just because my name pops up on the top saying I'm browsing, I'm probably not. Just too lazy to log in and out. I minimize and come back later. Sorry.

YEP me too! I was gutted and I realised how much I depend on this place. Especially as I was just about to post a thread about how sad I am feeling about NBE and then wham off it went!

I had the problem as well. Something happened to the domain registration, but It obviously has been sorted out.

I've got the problem again today. I get Host Gator - 404 on my desktop. The laptop seems to have cached the ip connection. When I try to use ping from the laptop cmd prompt, it cannot find it, so there must be a DNS lookup problem.

I think someone could be doing some DNS Hacking that is affecting us.

would be worthwhile to find and save the direct IP address of this site and try to use that next time it happens.

if a direct IP address wont let you get past what is appearing instead then someone is hacking the server itself.
