I have been trying to make myself lactate. Read that when women are lactacting brewers yeast can be a supplement they can take to get the nutrients they need to produce milk. As a warning, every time I have taken this or tried to add it I have become constipated and my bowel movements have been huge and almost painful. So I would say, for what it's worth avoid it. Unless I might just want to be taking a teeny tiny amount and am just taking too much
