No. I brewed it from the caps as I have poor liver function so I don't absorb all of the supplements. I responded really well on it plus PC every now again as I my adrenals don't make enough progesterone. No worries. If you prefer the caps. I hate the taste too but it works better than pills.

Well, the overall taste was not that bad. I kinda addict to it than the pills as I kinda turn off by taking 10 pills morning, lunch, dinner. I hate pills.

If you read some feedback in Amazon, some has said the breast growth was more sucessful when they combine pills, extract and cream all together.
