I found this link the other day when looking for different massage techniques on youtube. Be careful... some of the vids are borderline porn.
My buds were really sore and solid (and large, like a tennis ball cut in half on both sides) and it hurt to go down stairs, hug, or even bump lightly a lot of the time.
Honestly, I was ready to quit and as one last ditch effort, I thought massage would help. I was right.
I have been using the masasge here:

I guess it was lymph. Things are much softer and more "breast like" I guess you would say since I began doing this. The soreness has been cut in half.
If you are sore a lot, give it a whirl. Worked wonders for me.
____
On another note, I wonder, as I have had my tonsils and adenoids removed, if the growing of breasts and more tissue in that region will cause my body to produce more lymph nodes there to make up for the missing parts of the immune system.
Would my new parts then get sore when I am fighting an infection?
