Can u get gyno from wearing a bra I've worn a bra to bed and around the house for over ten years

No.... wearing bras don't cause breasts to grow.... more like wishful thinking... actually wearing a bra may retard growth by keeping them in compression..... Gyno is caused by a number of factors...
