help with pm & sp

#1

I need help determining my current pm sp dosages, I have had great results with pm an sp and would like to get much larger but I think I should take the patient route and not rush anything as I've learned here how long it takes to develop.
Anyhow in the beginning I took 2000 mg and 3600 sp. I decided I was taking too much so I took 500 _ 1000 mg a day 1800mg of sp Sometimes 2700 mg

How much should I take p.m.
Is low dosages going to reverse or set my progeess back

Most males need about 2000 mg of PM. Some need less. Some need more. A lower dose than you require could result in nothing happening. How much your body needs is an individual thing, and only you can determine how much you need.

SP is much like PM in that only you can determine how much you need. Based on your dosages, I have to assume you are not taking a standardized extract. Some argue that SP is unnecessary and PM is enough. Others say to take 320 mg-640 mg of standardized extract. SP berry is very weak by comparison and could be a waste of money. Still others say SP can actually interfere with NBE. Unless you have some sort of prostate issue, you might try not using SP and see if anything changes. Simpler is generally better.

I think you are spot on, Monika. PM only for starters, add anti-androgen later after a couple of months, at least. I think it's always a good idea to add new herbs to a program one at a time to gauge the effect, before adding another. Give your system enough time to react and adapt to the new substance. Ramp up gradually is a safer way to go than going whole hog at the start.
