A little about me: I am a genetic 135lbs, 27 year old male that is as flat as an ironing board. I have joined because I want to look as feminine as I feel inside.
Tomorrow I am thinking of buying a 'starter kit' at the drugstore: Red Clover, Fish Oil, Peony Root, Saw Palmetto and Fenugreek. Eventually I will add PM but I want to create a 'base' to start off. Any suggestions would be fully welcomed.
I look forward to getting to know many of you and sharing my journey so others like me can see that it is possible.
Valoir la peine, Ça vaut la peine!

You can mail order spearmint. I get mine from swansonvitamins.com. If you don't want to do that, Saw Palmetto would be a good alternative and should be readily available as many men take it for prostate health. Look for 85% extract versus whole berry. You can take the recommended dose of 320mg daily or quite a bit more if you want. FYI spearmint reduces free testosterone, SP reduces the conversion of testosterone to DHT - at least that's what I've gathered from my personal research.
