Many newcomers to NBE would like to grow breasts, but desire to keep their male sexual function intact because, for example, they are in a relationship with a partner and want to continue to have sexual intercourse.
Taking daily doses of phyto-estrogen herbs like Pueraria Mirifica (PM) to initiate breast growth is usually quite effective, but it also has the effect of lowering one's libido. It can also cause erectile dysfunction (ED) which may not be acceptable in a sexual relationship with a partner.
It's possible to expand the size of your breasts without any effect on your libido using suction devices, like the Noogleberry breast pump. Realize, though, that it will require many hours of time to achieve results, and often the results are temporary.
It may be possible to use PM to grow small breasts slowly, and still maintain most of your male sexual function. Here's how:
Ramp up slowly to a dosage of PM where your nipples start to tingle, ache or itch. This is a sign that breast growth is occurring. Stay at that dosage, or even try coming down a bit if the feelings can be maintained. If you experience a drop in your libido, take a daily dose of Butea Superba along with the PM. You can also take L-Arginine which is known to improve vascular health which should improve the quality of your erections. Both of these herbs will help to compensate for the negative effects of PM on your sex drive. You may not feel the urge to have sex as much, but you should be able to achieve an erection with a little foreplay and continue to enjoy intercourse with your lover.
If your erection is a bit weaker than you're used to, and your doctor says it's okay, take a quantity of sildenafil citrate (the active ingredient in Viagra) an hour before sex. There are generic versions, e.g., Suhagra, that can be purchased on-line for about a buck or two a pill these days.
If you find that you have to increase your PM dosage to get breast growth started, and find it increasingly difficult to achieve an erection, take a PM break for one week out of the month. This gives your testes and prostate a boost of testosterone to preserve their healthy function.
The goal is to try to straddle the hormonal fence. You won't be quite as virile as you are now, but you will likely be able to get some breast growth at the expense of some male virility. It will take many months to achieve anything that will fill up a bra, though, so you have to be very patient.
BTW, if you intend to have children someday, it would not be a bad idea to freeze some sperm in case you become infertile along the way. That's not likely with the above approach, but why take a chance? Once you start taking PM, it's not just your body that changes, but also your mind. You could find yourself going down a path you never intended, and having regrets at some future point in your life.
