Hi WannabCarla,

Glad you've shared a starting pic, I'd share the rest of the program here in addition when you get the time. No side effects so far with PM is encouraging, good luck on your program!. Big Grin

Thank you Lotus. I have been reading all of your wonderful posts. I am so envious of your progress. I am only using PM to start. I have also been using a personal electro-stim (tens) for "massage"

Hi Carla
You already have a great starting point.
I too am on PM and use a TENS device, how do you like it?
At least 20 minutes in morning seems to be a perfect way to start the day.

That's a new one for me. What is electro-stim?

Its a device that sends electric pulses, it's used a lot to rehab sprained
muscles. But its also used to increase blood flow to a given area.
They make them for breasts but mine is just a simple two pad DR-HO'S
muscle massage. One pad on each breast does the trick quite nicely.
I really do not know how much it helps but I do enjoy the the sensation lol.

Elis is correct. The tens units are used for muscle pain. I just got a simple one at Walgreen's. Two pads, one on each breast. It only has 3 patterns, and 1-5 strength. I go straight to 5 and love the girls bouncing on their one and the nipple tingle...I get about an hour in 3-4 times a week.
