Been taking PM for couples months. While taking PM, I find when wearing a bra during the day, I have more tenderness in the breast then when I am just wearing a t-shirt. Also have this feeling when I first get up in the morning. (didn't wear bra to bed) I guess it's from the extra heat. Anyone else get this feeling? Do you find it makes your growth more productive?

I think it does, which makes me happy. LoL

I think its just because they are more sensitive while growing rather than the bra making them grow my breasts don't like wearing a bra now and I'm not growing when I took pm I grew a lot and didn't wear a bra very much if anything I think your breast get more circulation without one so that I think helped me and in bed like you say yes I remember not being able to sleep on them like normal because they were too tender.
Seems like a good sign your growing still bra or no bra.
