28 male here been lurking for awhile. I have always been into female clothing and infatuated with breast. I'm just looking to have a set of my own just like small c cup just enough to have some and be able to wear a bra since i love wearing them. Bras feel so good to me just want to be able to fill them out with real breast and not inserts. I have been taking pm for 3 months now seen some diff as i was flat to begin with so i hope then progress continues and I know with the help of my fellow sisters on here that I will obtain my goal thanks for reading. Hope to talk to u all soon.

Welcome, BoB (sorry, I couldn't resist). Glad you decided to post a quick hello. We have plenty of expertise here to help you reach your goal. What's your current program?

Yes, after 3 months on PM, I would add an anti-androgen to help lower your T. You can either attack free T directly by taking Spearmint Leaf, or my choice would be to attack DHT with an anti-5 alpha reductace herb. Check out this thread in the FAQ:
What's the NBE role of each anti-androgen

I've used Pygeum, but many like White Peony for it's strength. I'm not a fan of Saw Palmetto, despite its common usage.

I've found spearmint to be an effective anti-androgen. However, it's kind of an unwritten rule with NBE that you'll have to do some self-experimentation to find out what works best for you.
