BO Program Additions

Hey just starting out and have been on the below program for almost 3 weeks. Thinking of adding some other items to it and wanted to get some smarter peoples opinion.

Currently taking
BO - 250 mg x 6 - 3 AM 3 PM
MACA - 500 mg x 2 - 1 AM 1 PM
Kelp 600 mg x 1 - 1 noon
L-Tyrosine 500 mg x 1 - 1 AM
Calcium 1200 mg x 1 - 1 AM
Multivitamin - 1 PM
1 protein shake in the morning
Volufiline Cream AM and PM

Message every 2 hours via a TENS unit for 15 min

Thinking of adding

Fenugreek 610 mg x 3 - 1 AM 1 noon 1 PM
Progesterone Cream 3-4 time a week
Dandelion root 525 mg x 1 - 1 PM
Reishi Mushroom 376 mg x 2 - 1 AM 1 PM
PABA 500mg x 2 - 1 AM 1 PM
Swanson Multiple Amino Acids 500 mg x 2 - 2 PM


The multivitamin contains some Kelp which is why I separated the kelp to the middle of the day. I am really on the fence with the FG and the PC as I am not sure if that is good or bad for use with BO. The other stuff I am adding I hope will help the BO but not interfere with it.

I also have a noogleberry that should be delivered today so hopefully I have start doing that 1 hour every night.

Any comment or improvements would be greatly appreciated.
