After spending a lot of time reading up on NBE, I recently stated a program about a 6-7 weeks ago. I started slow with WP and Pumpkin Seed Oil to decrease my DHT and increase aromatase, for the first 4-5 weeks. I then added FG, PM and a small amount of liquid progesterone, for the last two weeks. I am cutting out the LP for the next two weeks entirely, to try to mimic a natural female cycle.
What I have noticed is an almost gain of 6 pounds over the last two weeks. Which is troubling to me. I was 235 in early July and brought my weight down to 212 in late October. My goal weight is 180, still 35 pounds left to go.
I had read on a quite a few sites that FG had been used to help gain weight and I'm wondering if that could be my culprit.
Any insight will be welcome
