Elains Plan...

I figured I would put my thoughts on a plan up and get some critique and advice from those more knowledgeable on the subject so.. here it is....

Currently:

3 drops PM extract 2x daily (should be out about the same time the other products arrive)

Start in February:

1 Teaspoon extra virgin coconut oil 3x daily... more for the fat/energy content than anything else. I am very thin. 6' 1" and 140lbs so I worry that I don't have enough body fat to convert properly into breast tissue, thus the coconut oil to add a bit of useable fuel to the fire.

1 capsule BO (250mg ea) 2x daily (initial start, after 1-2 months increasing it to 2 capsules twice daily. I prefer to take things in small steps rather than rush to overload my system)

Multiple cups of Spearmint tea throughout the day. (figure 10-15 cups)

In addition to the above:

1 packet of Pro-Gest Original Natural Balancing Cream 2x daily rubbed/massaged into breasts.

My goal is permanent feminization. I am not concerned about fertility as I am going the full route of HRT and GRS as soon as my doctors and therapist gives me the go.

I have same body fat problem, I'm very thin too 5'11" 130lb... since i have add breast massage i see more progress but stil slow, i think use oil during breast massage or other for directly feed my breast but i don't know if thats can work ...

*Multi-Vitamin 2x daily
*Calcium Citrate 2x daily
*Coconut Oil 1 Tablespoon 3x daily
Vitamin C 2000mg daily
Flax seed oil 1000mg 2x daily
Spearmint Tea 5+ cups a day
Estrace 2mg 2x daily
Spironolactone 100mg 2x daily
Finasteride 5mg 1x daily

*update* After 3 weeks on PM and a week on BO things are starting to get tender behind and around my nipples. Not greatly so. I just notice it when i am wearing a shirt, or my blankets are resting on my chest (I normally sleep on my side). But there is def. some beginning tenderness going on.
