Just getting into growing my own girls

#1

Hi everyone,

I'm somewhat new to the scene of male breast enhancement and had a few questions for you all. Firstly, it has always been a huge fantasy of mine to have my own breasts and have noticed a lot of you have had progress with PM (puerara mirifica if I'm not mistaken). As I would love to have my own girls I figured that might be a good place to start. But, as I read some more posts of yours it seems that PM also feminizes a good portion more of your body. When looking into PM more on the internet I wasn't able to find much about this side effect. I would like to stay somewhat masculine but still have my own natural breasts. Are the feminizing effects permanent as well? If I kept to a lower dosage of PM would it have less of a feminizing effect and still allow me to grow? Would breast growth creams be a better alternative for me? Any help you can offer me is greatly appreciated! Thanks everyone!

Sincerely,
Alex

Hello Alex.

Welcome to the forum. Smile

For side effects concerning pm, you may experience a reduction in libido, lower sperm count, difficulty with achieving/maintaining an erection, fat redistribution to your buttocks/hip, softening of your skin and mental/emotional changes.

Breast tissue is permanent, fat redistribution to your breasts is not.

As far as using a lower dosage of pm to minimize the side-effects, it's hard to say. You'll have to overcome the testosterone barrier to initiate breast development. As to whether breast development requires a smaller pm dosage than other feminizing physical changes, I don't know.

I don't have much experience with breast creams, so I am unsure how suitable of an alternative they are.

You say you have a huge fantasy to have your own pair of breasts. Have you considered the consequences of pursuing such a fantasy? If you go down the NBE path, you may have to forego swimming in public. Growing breasts may create problems in current or future intimate relationships. When you have budding breasts, undressing in public locker rooms, undergoing medical examinations or exercising in public may result in embarrassing or awkward situations. Depending on how much development you achieve, you may even find it unpractical or painful to go braless throughout the day. If you haven't already, I recommend getting a pair of breast forms and wearing it in private for a while. If breast forms are enough to satisfy your fantasy, I would say stick with that and avoid the NBE route. However, if you still long to have your own breasts, I recommend carefully considering the risks and drawbacks before proceeding.

Even though gynecomastia isn't a rare or unusual condition, purposely growing breasts as a bio-male is, especially if you don't have any interest in transitioning. If the thought of doctors questioning you about your breast development and how you would like to stop/remove such development disturbs you, NBE probably isn't for you. You'll also have to face the reality that once you hit a certain point of development, your progress can be noticed by anyone passing by. Binding or dressing in layers isn't always practical or possible.

Hey flame,

These are all things I have considered and will weigh very heavily on my final decision. I am not sure when that decision will come however lol. One of the reasons I went to this forum was because it appears that everyone here is a real person and not just a company saying "THIS WILL WORK". Is there any way to tell how much of reduction in libido or sperm count will occur? If I were to stop taking pm would they return to normal level? Again I'm very new to this and appreciate anything you can do to shed light on the subject.

Within a month or two you'll probably notice a reduction in libido. Here's what you can expect regarding the symptoms:

-Difficulty with achieving/maintaining an erection
-A reduction in ejaculation fluid
-Organisms are less pleasurable
-Losing interest in porn and/or other sexual fetishes
-No more morning wood or involuntary erections

It's hard I think to quantify these symptoms. As for sperm count, you'll have to get tested for that. When you stop taking pm, your libido will likely come back (mine has when I go cold turkey on pm). I'm not sure about the reversibility of low sperm count.

Thanks! Is there any way for me to tell how big they would get? I'm sure it is mostly based on my genetics so would I be able to look at my sisters along with other family members to get an idea?

Genetics, nutrition, available Estrogen and Progesterone. That's why it's a tough question to answer.

Yes, genetics has a significant impact on NBE. Your age, overall health and level of body fat also play a role in this.

I had a problem with PM and I think it was because I didn't have a good DHT blocker. I am currently on a prescribed HRT regimen with Climara and spironolactone by an endocrinologist. Just after two months I had more results with the doctor's HRT program than I had with a year of PM. So, it is a toss up! Now I am not saying that PM does not work because I have seen amazing results here. And, I don't think you can ever pick and choose which areas of your body will be affected and to what degree with any program. That is just impossible to predict and we are all individuals that react in different ways. Individual chemistry is just that, individual. Results cannot be tailored or even expected. You can either take the plunge or you don't. I can attest that I wish I had started to transition much sooner in my life because you cannot get back what has already been lost. However, you can objectively look forward to the future but you must live with the consequences. Listen to these people because I have found that most of them will not steer you wrong. I think from your post you have the intelligence to distinguish the difference. Listen to Flamesabers because a fantasy comes and goes. Transitioning with PM or RX estrogen's is permanent. Good luck with your decision!

Hey everyone thanks for all your help! For the time being I'm going to hold off and just use my breast forms. I do have some more questions though. I am currently 22 years old and have a pretty athletic build (swimmer type from many years of swimming) but have recently put on 15 lbs from not working out due too a herniated disc. I'm 5' 11'', have large shoulders, and currently weigh around 200lbs. When would be the best to start something like this? From what you all say earlier is better if that is truly what you want but I am obviously not sure yet lol. Also is there a good way to pick out size of breast forms and proper bra size? Again thanks again everyone!

Sincerely,
Alex
