As mentioned in another post, I have been on a herbal NBE program for about a month, and today I am starting my BO program
I've photographed and measured everything, I have also been eating MUCH healthier and getting excercise to bring my weight down.
My new BO Program today:
Morning supplements:
vitamin A (8000iu), Super Multi B Comples, C, D3 (5000 iu), E. Fishoil 1000mg
L-Lysine (1000mg), GLYCINE (500mg), L-Arginine (500mg), DHEA (50mg)
NBE Supplements: (morning. early afternoon, late afternon, evening)
Speapmint 400mg
Swansons BO 2x 250 mg
Natures Source raw Pituitary 80mg
Natures Source raw Thyroid 390mg
Wild Yam 500mg
Fenugreek 2x 610mg
Fennel 450mg
Blessed Thistle 340mg
Goats Rue 333mg
Dandelion root 525 mg
Coconut Oil
PC Cream
30 minutes after taking this Protein and Soy Milk Shake
Note: At night I am melatonin and GABA
