I was wondering about this a few weeks ago as notice that when my girls are tucked up in snug warm cami all day the nipples and aerola enlarge when taken off .

Then I read on a forum that a cis female who wore them all day , her nipples enlarged after a week,

With the pastie tucking the nipple back into a lovely warm home so to speak may help with bloodflow, nutrients etc ?

Its only a thought , but def within the realms of possibilty

Chaffing, as we all know, is an irritant. Maybe the inflammation caused slows progress??? Interesting thought, anyways.
