Many resources that I've come across (if not pretty much all) swear that Chi, and other massages, should be performed "inwards." That is, squeezing cleavage together, pulling down, then circling up and around and doing it all over again. Looking down, this would cause the right breast/hand to circle clockwise, and the left breast/hand to circle counter clockwise.
I felt all set about this, until I saw this video which suggested that that motion causes a decrease in breast growth. So, now I'm confused. Is this woman mistaken? She seems very sure of herself, which I guess is what throws me. I've ready other threads about this (even one about this video) and still haven't been able to get a definitive answer.
