More books around and confirming our desires can be done ?
Are more of us getting divorced and we are saying oh fuck it lets go for it ?

Julie, do you have any data that suggests that this is indeed the case? Perhaps it's just the most active in the forum--i.e. the most obsessed--who fall into this category, and maybe it's not even true of them.

but if you look at 2010-2011 there were hardly any transitioners, now it seems


eva, tasha, janet on edge, dc poss, demon etna , its many people talking about it,

but could be some people have started , stopped, took a break, then come back and made the jump,

but the feeling I get is its faster now ie

1 year big progress, poss 2 and off they go,

whereas when I first joined which was the old site , people seem to fight it or be more stable

Bryony, pansy, sfem,

Its just a feeling , more than an accurate data analysis , but yes could be growth of the site,

Although I never joined the site with the idea of transitioning. The thought of being in the "wrong" body has been in the back of my mind since before I even started school. When I came out to my wife three years ago, I never even thought I would leave the bedroom as Jannet, never mind the house or shopping. Now as Jannet becomes more of my existence I feel the need to start to transition. Most of your points are ( to me ) secondary points. Of course, it's also worth keeping in mind, without the internet I may never have even decided to start this journey, who knows??

could I just say one thing

and this is why I wanted you to read that book,

Now lets just say you have been bottling up your feelings for all these years,
and now there coming out to play so obviously its all gripping you very hard and your exploding in the classic gender euphoria

What I am wondering is , if you took a step back and allowed it all to calm down and worked with your wife , then when the bottled up euphoria dies a little or a lot , things may be clearer perhaps,

She will be happier , rather than make real rush decisions on the crest of a wave so to speak ?
