Okay So I been taking Vitex and within this month coming up October I should be done with the Vitex. Well I want to start on my journey of becoming the woman I should always have been and I was wanting to know what would be the best and cheapest natural way to get that feminine body. I want to get the best results if possible.

However, over the counter meds would be Red Clover as your estrogen, Reishi as your AA.

Better yet, but mail order ( Amazon? ) PM and WP.

Most herbs in liquid form have a better absorption.
