I was just wondering, seriously, if anyone has ever mistaken breast growing pains for an Angina attack? Experiencing soreness and itchiness in the boobs is one thing, and we all get excited to feel the growth, but the other is pretty serious! If you were new to this you might freak out if you didn't know what to expect! Just ordered some PC and will be using it as soon as it arrives, just wanting some feedback to remember that when applying to my left boob around the heart area not to panic when I start feeling things happen!

You should only feel "pain" at the nipple and areola areas only.  If you get short of breath, pain down left arm or a feeling of someone putting pressure on your underside of jaw.  GET TO A DOCTOR!  You should only get pain through out the whole breast once your breast tissue start to mature.  And even that feels more like pin pricks or light heat rash , w/out the rash of course.

my experience and this could be down to whats termed the milk lines was I had extreme pain
for a short period when the nipples were pressed and this pain went round my back , up through my kneck and quite a few places and and was painful

2 days later it went

has been on and off though

Yup, i`v had some pretty sharp as well as Dull and deep aches that occur at random in the breast area, some close to the rib cage that would have made me wonder about my heart had it not have been for the fact that they occur on either side and my heart is fine!
I`m 2 years in and it still happens, also had a breast x-ray that all women over 50 have here in the UK and my results came back fine.
but oddly I never had the Itching or tingling feelings described by some either, so everyone`s different it would seem

Forgot about the itching part of the equation!!!   Sometimes, especially when not doing anything in particular, the itching is DEEP.  I feel like a pair of pliers put to the nipple and or areola would maybe quench it,.  LOL..  I also feel it almost next to the chest wall of each breast.  Sometimes both sides, other time just one or the other.   I want to scratch or knead it, but can't when in fromt of the public.

LOL, Totally!... on both counts 

i actually ripped a cami top the once when the bra thing happened, I was out shopping and the spaghetti strap had slipped down off my shoulder and a little down the arm, i had a fluffy sweater on at the time and thought little about it, that is until I reached up a shelf to get something and there was this quick resistance and ripping sound, followed by my wife saying, told you you didn`t need a cami on under that sweater, i had no idea anyone could hear it! LOL
