I’m seeing beautiful results I couldn’t have dreamt off.

I am on 1 Evorel50 patch every 3 days.

I leave the 4 older patches on when applying a new one.

I suspect my Estradiol levels are high because my skin is soft and clear.

I still cum and my orgasms are very strong and full-body.

My boobies are sore all the time.

I’m so happy that I stopped anti-androgens.

A girl needs some testosterone. 
I also suspect that Estradiol promotes aromatase if used alone.

On Spironolactone + Estradiol I had way lower E-levels than now, while I’m on Estradiol only now.

I am getting more breast growth and feel girlier.

I’m developing some side boob too.

I really need to tease the boys a bit with my new assets.

I ordered a human hair wig because my own hair is short a.t.m and I want my long hair back. Synthetic wigs look faire in my opinion. They are too shiny.

fantastic pictures, I wish I had already done so.
I also use the evorel patches. So far, little has changed, but I'm only 6 weeks to use the patches.
Are there any side effects?

Hi Annamarie,

I have personally not had any side effects on just the Evorel 50.
I leave mine on for 2 full weeks.
So I wear 5 patches at all time.
4 older ones and 1 new one.
The older patches give off hormones until 14 days after application.
They contain 3.8 mg Estradiol and they give off 50 microgram for the first 4 days. After that they give off Estradiol in a lesser quantity for 10 more days. 

I have high Estradiol levels and low T levels.

Skin super soft, boobies tender all time, mood is great, libido is feminine but high, feeling comfortable and relaxed. 

Estradiol without a blocker was the right decision for me.
Never felt more relaxed in my whole life.
I feel happy and peaceful. I have found my trans-equilibrium as they say.

I will go for a cosmetic GRS / zero depth vaginoplasty in 2 years.
I have no desire for dilation / depth. 
I want a cosmetic neo-vagina because the cosmetics of the vagina weigh harder than the function of it, for me.

I am glad tbe patches work for you, some people have crazy high estrogen levels on just 2x100 patchs ( twice weekly ).
For me, I lost breast volume on 50mc patches. It took my Dr 6 monthe to finally prescribe me 2x100 patchs ( twice weekly ), before I started to gain volume again.
The best estrogen readings I gat as prescribed was @220pmol ( just above menopausal level ) if i left them on as I cycled new patches I managed 265pmol.
My Drs answer .. More spiro.
With injections, my last bloodwork was @ 1300pmol, 
and my breasts still do not look as good as yours.

I have enough with low dose it seams.
High dose only gave me more side effects without more effects.

I feel calm and feminize better on lower dosages. Strange how human biology can be so different for every person. 
We live in the Westearn world where doctors try one approach for everyone. A doctor who tries to think along with you instead of dictating you what to take, is so much better.

I tried Prometrium, progesterone, and I hated how it made me feel.
I tried Spiro and Androcur, both caused depression and excessive prolactin ( at risk for prolactinoma ). 

Now on just a lower dose of Estradiol in transdermal form, no anti-androgens apart from Spearmint and Peppermint which I recently stopped taking because I hated chewing that down every day lol, and I feel awesome. I leave the 4 older patches on while applying a fifth new one. I expect my Estradiol levels to be around 700 pmol/l now since with 3 patches ( 2 old and 1 new ) they where around 500 pmol/l.

My E drives that nasty T down by itself. Muhahaha :-P

I agree, it`s a pity that the health care couldn`t be more patient a results driven rather than follow a set of rules from a book. that`s one of the reasons this place is so cool, it encourages experimentation towards your own Personal trasquilibrium, and no need to explain oneself or motivations to some `Gatekeeper` following yet another set of rules. xx

Good morning folks. After many thoughts, testing pm and reading many posts here, I will test again to take estrofem, 1mg daily and see whats happens the next 1-3 months. As I read here, a low dose estrofem is much safer than all the many herbals that I must take to get budding an an A cup.
I want to manage it a little bit and I think its better manageable with real e than with pm.

Can you please help me with a few questions?

Will I gain weight with this low e dose?
When du you thinks starts budding with this dosage and what was the first signs?
