Hi everyone-
I'm an older man (70) who has always wanted to have breasts but have been too afraid to do anything about it. I'd like to know if I'm too late to start with PM and if the dosage for me will be lower than for a younger man since my T level is naturally lower. Please don't think this is a wierd idea for someone my age--I've just come to realize this is what I need to do if it is possible.
I really would appreciate your sincere advice

Hi
I think your great starting at 70
you may get all the benefits of hrt normalisation and feelings with smaller breast growth, so you could be on a
win win situation

Hi Want2try
Good on ya as they say.
I'm 69 and have been on PM for several years.
So its never too late.
Like Julie said a lot of your T production is gone soo you have a head start.
You also have to start slow, the body doesnt recover from abuse s fast as it used to.
I use Red Reishi, White Peony and PM.
Start out with just the dosages on the bottle at first and then slowly increase.
Stay below 1000mg of PM at first.

Thank you for the kind words. I literally had tears in my eyes when I read "GO FOR IT GIRL". I've wished that for myself for too many years so the time is now. I've ordered my PM and am ready to start-but slowly-I don't want to mess up.

Do 500mg per day for one week
2nd week go 1000mg
Keep an eye out for dizziness, joint pains, take more calcium especially milk with pm tabs and back off if side effects.
Then body gets used to it and then ok
Slow and steady you do not need mega doses

There's a gent on another forum who I'm guessing is about 70 or so and he has an amazing pair and says he enjoys having them very much.
I can't imagine anyone here thinking what you want would be weird in any way.
