How femme do I look?

I was wondering just how femme / womanly does my body appear? Not just breasts of course, but arms, sides, waist, hips, belly shape, legs etc? Since my exposure to hormones as a teen, I noticed a lot of changes that go with using E as HRT. What do you think?
