Dear all,
Where to start, about a year ago i started with herbs, dong quai, hob, saw permetto, fenegriek, I tried a lot.
Now I have only , pm, gf, and sp, results a am blests with a nice pair of breasts, 40 B cup.
No problems during the day.
But sleeping with them,,,,, where do I let my arms, the breast are sitting in the way.
How do managec these litlle problem, hi hi.

Ah such a wonderful problem to have.
I will advise you to buy a bralette.
No underwire, just a soft bralette.

It is indeed a wonderful experiance, sleeping on my side I feel one breast to the other, and realised how big the are.
Good advise i will surch for a bralette.

Sorry, you think it problem, myself I put my hand between them in the clevage cupping one the other draped over my wrist. Feels so good. I agree if it’s comfort. A sleep bra is called for.

Dear Lea,
I will try tonight, and look for sleep bra.
Yesterday I went to a lingerie store to buy a bra, verry kind woman helpt me, it seams that the bra i was wearing was to small, I have now a 42 B cup, instead of a 40, much more comfort.
I will try a sleep bra.

I wake up often, especially when turning onto my left side, then I have a tendency to roll further onto my left breast and pulling my right leg up, and then I wake up from the pressure on my breast. I suppose it's a good feeling but it is really uncomfortable.

I sleep on my back. And wear a sleep bra. I use one band size bigger. Seems to work
