I have been on fenugreek for about 15 months for breast growth ( 1220 mg 3 times a day).

I still have a couple of months worth of estradiol that is about  years old.

I was thinking of starting the estradiol again.

Has anyone used both at the same time and if so, what were the results?

Also, will the 2 year old estradiol still have any strength?
