hi could someone tell me the best way to take estrofem I've heard you place it under your tongue and let it dissolve.

I take under the tongue.  I have heard that it is better on the liver this way

I take mine sublingual to bypass the breakdown in the liver.
It goes straight into the bloodstream this way.
