How sensitive are you breasts and nipples to touch.
In a sensuous way? I'm asking since mine have become just so so. If I brush them lightly I get a nice warm happy feeling, but not sexually exciting. There is very little.

Actually, I have been having growing pains again, but I think that is kind of sensuous!

What are you taking? Pure NBE? Estrogen?  Both?  Great results so far.  How long have you been at it?  You mention growing pain, how big are you going?

I have always been a advocate of less is more. Mainly I have been taking Pueraria Mirifica. After a couple of years, I added Progesterone Cream, thanks to Lotus. It rounded me out and gave me a more feminine shape. Wow, I just looked. I came to this site on 7/13! I have takes a lot of breaks. on and off. no more than 2 bottles of PM (2 months). maybe twice a year.

Love your nipple development, did the progesterone cream help with that? Any particular cream or schedule you used?

this time has been a little faster. I started this round on 9/28, starting a new round on 11/14. I’m a little anxious this time. 1 bottle is typically a 25 day supply. so, I finished that bottle on 10/15. That should give me 30 days off in between ending and starting again.
