Hi everyone,

I've been taking ground Flaxseeds daily for about a year now and wanted to add something else to my diet.

I bought some Saw Palmetto tablets and some Fenugreek. I haven't touched the Fenugreet yet, but the hae taken a few SP.

Is the dose too high though? The tablets say they are 1000mg.
