Program started

Good morning all

Excited to announce that I have started my program!!! This is what I will be doing for the next week before bumping up doses

610mg FG

1000 mg SP

1000 mg MSM

10000 cmg biotin

Once it comes in I will be adding spearmint capsules and alfalfa capsules to my program

At the start of week 2 I will be bumping up to 1220 of FG

Does anyone have opinions?

I’m open to hearing all options

Excited to see the new me…

Watch for side effects.  Check medical websites for side effects and drug interactions for each of your herbs.  I would double check your blood pressure as you start just to make sure you do not have serious future issues.  Watch for leg cramps/pain for signs of a potential DVT.  Good luck.

Why FG instead of PM?

Btw, FG makes you stink like maple syrup, big time. Big Grin

Oh yea, listen to your body, you don't want to get health problems... I had crazy leg cramps and such at one point from high doses of PM before I added Reishi along with it.

Decided to go with FG because it’s easier to get right now here in Canada.  Checking all the time on Amazon for PM but it is always sold out
