Hello all. Looking to change my program soon. Have a couple of questions. Currently on bottle 3 out of 4 of Natureday. Have budding with a little growth. Looking to switch over to Ainterol PM cream. How long should I wait after I'm done with ND before I start? And should I also add RR? If so how much? Good brands? Is RR the same as R? Thanks on advance.
