Need some assistance.
I purchased Nuture's way Fenugreek seed.
1200mg per pills. Bottle recommended 2pills, 3 times daily.
Started day 1 with 1/2/2 pills each.
Then subsequent 2/2/2.
No feeling of tiredness, bloated etc.
On the fifth day, suddenly feel ache down there on the balls.
Like being hit kinda feeling.
Anyone on FG and experienced similar aching?
I seen those on PM might feel similar aching down there.

Does not sound like you should continue with such a high dose? A lot of people recommend a slow ramp up in dosage, from low to higher, when first starting out on a herbal supplement. My experience has been only a tightness in the chest area and increased nipple sensitivity.
I haven’t used FG, but my experience with both BO and PM, is that the ache can be attributed to the physical reaction to the estrogen compounds you’re adding.
ANY product that a genetic male takes for breast growth or feminization must contain high levels of estrogen compounds, natural or otherwise, so it’s only logical that these compounds will affect the WHOLE body, testicles included.

I guess so. Cutting down to 2/1/1 for a few days before testing it back up. Thanks~
I am back with 2 pills x 3 times a day. Total of 6. Breast pump (for lactation type), 2 times a day, ~25 mins each.
After a total of 2 weeks, I indeed feel its plumping.
I used smokymountain PG cream every 2 night (tiny bit) only the nipple and areola
The next morning after every PG, it feels full and nipple is extra sensitive. Almost can orgasm from playing with it.
Why is my text spacing so big? Weird..

Thanks! So far so good. Did a check this morning at the doc(for something else). Blood pressure 120/80.
One reason I go for FG is I see some posts that the result is temporary. Hence, as I gradually stopped FG, it might go smaller. No problem at the moment.
PM wise, I tried. Even 500mg per day, I will feel totally exhausted.
