Ive been taking fenugreek for some time now and also RR, I have not noticed anything as far as growth as what I do have may be due to the weight I've put on.

Anyway my question is which is better to take for breast tissue development, Fenugreek or Fennel seed?

I was eating fennel and fenugreek powder and they didn't do it for me. 
Found Puereria Mirifica (or PM) and did notice real growth. 
I stopped a while and am now beginning another round just to see what happens.
