Ive been taking fenugreek for some time now and also RR, I have not noticed anything as far as growth as what I do have may be due to the weight I've put on.
Anyway my question is which is better to take for breast tissue development, Fenugreek or Fennel seed?

I was eating fennel and fenugreek powder and they didn't do it for me.
Found Puereria Mirifica (or PM) and did notice real growth.
I stopped a while and am now beginning another round just to see what happens.

I am totally considering this as the next move just weighing some things before I do.

This one will get you product if you are US based. There's another site for UK or Europe.

After 12 days on the new stash, I'm not feeling anything in the nipple like the first batch of 3.
